Spain Earn Priceless Win Over France:

Spain got three gigantic points tonight and they go right back to the top of their World Cup qualification group, to the front of France by one famous point.


Pedro Rodriguez scored the only goal which mattered at the end of the day, Pedro scored the single goal of the game just before the 60 mint mark from a beautiful cross by Nacho Monreal as reward for a great deal of stress forced by the world champions. France, meanwhile, finished with 10 men as Paul Pogba got the red card.




Spain now on number 1 spot of Uefa , Group I after superb 1-0 win over France at Stade de France.
France otherwise had the clearest goal scoring opportunities in the first half but the much-criticized Karim Benzema could not turnover from Jallet’s vigorous invasion down the right flank, while Franck Ribery missed their superlative chance as he was disillusioned by Victor Valdes after being released by Mathieu Valbue

Blaise Matuidi had an opportunity to level after being set up by Ribery, but Valdes made the breathless save and took his body firmly behind the Paris Saint-Germain man’s drive, and Raphael Varane could not quite jumble home from a corner kick.
Pogba got two yellow cards in two minutes time, Even though France offered the threat, with Ribery shot closely past.
Defending world champions are now rigid favorites to qualify for Brazil 2014.
